New: case studies from CLIMB-COVID, mSCAPE, PATH-SAFE and training activities

We’ve published a set of case studies showing how CLIMB infrastructure has been used in practice — from national-scale pandemic surveillance to yearly bioinformatics training cohorts:

• CLIMB-COVID — supporting the COG-UK consortium’s analysis of over two millions SARS-CoV-2 genomes.
• mSCAPE — UKHSA’s metagenomics surveillance and analysis programme.
• PATH-SAFE — farm-to-fork surveillance of foodborne pathogens and AMR.
