The Pathogen Surveillance in Agriculture, Food and Environment (PATH-SAFE) Programme developed a national surveillance network to detect and track foodborne human pathogens and associated antimicrobial resistance (AMR), from farm to fork.
More than 65 organisations from government, academia and industry were involved, including the Quadram Institute (QIB) and the University of Birmingham (UoB). CLIMB has provides the cloud infrastructure used to analyse data across the programme.
