Chris Quince and Nick Loman provided CLIMB expertise to the EBAME Workshop on Computational Microbial Ecogenomics that was held in Brest(France) between October 22nd and 27th, 2017.

This metagenomics training workshop was funded through French government sources that provided training in metagenomicas analysis to 50 students. MRC-CLIMB provided expertise and access to VMs. The tutorials developed are available.
