When and Where

MRC Unit in The Gambia – Banjul
December 10-14, 2018

This workshop is coordinated by Martin Antonio (MRC Unit in The Gambia and LSHTM – The London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine) and Abdul Sesay (MRC Unit in The Gambia). It is supported by the MRC Unit in The Gambia, the Quadram Institute Bioscience and the MRC-CLIMB Project.

The course will consist of theory and practical lessons, participants will be guided through the entire process of an NGS run: from sample preparation to data analysis.

Computers for the practical sessions will be available on site.
