Our amazing User Support Manager, Michaela Matthews, is leaving us at the end of this month. While we’re going to miss her a lot, we couldn’t be more thrilled for her to be moving on to new adventures.

Michaela has been the go-to person for all of our users’ questions, concerns, and technical issues in the last year, and has made a ton of improvements to our user support system, and provided a level of customer service that’s set the bar high for the rest of us. She’s been an essential part of our team, and we’re grateful for all that she’s done to help us succeed.

To our users, we want to assure you that we’re committed to providing the same high-quality user support that you’ve come to expect from CLIMB-BIG-DATA. While we’ll miss having Michaela around, we’re confident that we can continue to provide the same level of service that she’s helped us to achieve.
